Tasktrace terms

These terms cover use of the Tasktrace web app and OAuth-protected MCP connector.

Use of the service

Tasktrace is provided for recording engineering work context, including projects, tasks, traces, decisions, blockers, debugging findings, and daily summaries. You are responsible for the content saved to your account and for approving only MCP clients you trust.

Connector access

Claude, Codex, and other MCP clients can access Tasktrace only after you complete OAuth authorization. You can revoke access by revoking the client token or disconnecting the connector in the client.

Availability

Tasktrace may change as the product and MCP ecosystem evolve. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
